Tooth-Colored Fillings in
Grand Prairie

If you have experienced a cavity or minor decay on a tooth, you may need a filling! At Lynn Creek Dental Care, we offer composite fillings which use tooth-colored materials that are resistant to fractures and will restore teeth to their natural strength and appearance.

Tooth-Colored Fillings in Grand Prairie

At some point, most people will get a cavity, even children. It’s estimated that 92 percent of adults between the ages of 20 and 64 will have a cavity at some point in their life, and sadly about 23 percent of those don’t get their cavities treated. Cavities are common and are easily fixed with a filling. Our dental team knows how to quickly, easily, and comfortably remove decay from your tooth to make sure it doesn’t progress to the point of needing root canal therapy. After you are anesthetized comfortably, we remove the decay and sterilize your tooth, then seal it with a filling. The procedure is smooth, quick, easy and painless.

The filling can be metal, such as silver or gold, or you can get a tooth-colored filling made of either porcelain or a composite material to give your tooth a natural look. These composite materials use plastics and resin glass that can be closely matched to the shade of your teeth. With tooth-colored fillings, no one will be able to tell the difference. Brush and floss your teeth as normal after you get the filling to prevent further decay.

I switched to Lynn Creek this week and was extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and efficiency. No wait time my appointment was scheduled accurately. Came back next day, an hour earlier by accident and they took me anyway! In and out in less than 30 min for my filling on tooth #15! Very happy with my new Dental Team!

From the first time I spoke with them on the phone, to when I left the office, the staff was excellent and made sure I was taken care of. I felt completely comfortable during my entire visit and knew I was in good hands. I hated going to the dentist when I was younger, I always felt like I was in trouble or not taking care of my teeth properly; At Lynn Creek, I had no anxiety what so ever.
